A Partnership in Protection

Developing a new safety product requires precision, expertise, and a clear path from concept to market. Our phased workflow, managed by a dedicated cross-functional team, is designed to eliminate guesswork, reduce lead times, and guarantee compliance every step of the way.

This phase transforms your initial idea into a defined project. Our Technical Sales and Design teams collaborate with you to understand the product scope, target market, and aesthetics. Critically, our Standards Expert begins identifying crucial safety compliance requirements, allowing us to establish design constraints early. We conclude the phase with preliminary unit and tooling cost estimates.

We move from 2D concepts to engineering reality. Our Design team generates detailed 3D models, reviewed by both our Standards and Production experts for compliance and manufacturability. We provide physical 3D-printed samples for your hands-on approval of the form and fit, finalising the design before any expensive tooling begins. This stage concludes with an updated, accurate project timeline and cost quotation.

Upon your approval, we begin the specialised tooling fabrication, managed by our Production team. The goal of this phase is the First Test (T0): the initial batch of parts produced from the new moulds. These T0 samples undergo intensive internal quality and preliminary safety checks before being sent to you for the very first hands-on review of the mass-produced component.

We collaborate closely with you through focused iterations (T1, T2) to perfect the product based on your feedback. This phase is complete only when you formally approve the “Golden Sample.” This final, perfect sample is retained by all parties, setting the irreversible quality and performance benchmark for all future production units.

With the Golden Sample locked, our Standards Expert initiates the crucial formal certification process with accredited external laboratories. Once certification is secured, our Production and Quality Control teams commence Mass Production. We ensure every single unit adheres flawlessly to the approved Golden Sample and all required quality and safety specifications.

Eyelock Safety Thailand

Our Rayong WHA facility spans 8,000 sqm and employs 70 skilled workers. Equipped with 25 modern injection machines, automated coating and assembly systems, and an in-house testing lab, it produces up to 3 million pairs of eyewear and 100,000 hard hats each month.

Eyelock Safety China

Located in Jiangsu Province, our 20,000 sqm Danyang facility employs 235 specialists. With 103 injection machines, automated coating and assembly lines, in-house mirror coating, and testing labs, it delivers a monthly output of 10 million pairs of eyewear and 500,000 helmets.

A poorly fitted, uncomfortable helmet compromises safety. Traditional helmet fit systems only tighten at the lower head, often creating pressure points on sensitive nerves, air gaps, hot spots, and an uneven fit therefore reducing comfort and increasing the risk of an unstable helmet during use.

IsoFit® is the only helmet fit system that naturally contours to any head shape or size, delivering all-day comfort, unmatched helmet stability, and a truly customised fit. A fit that keeps the helmet snug and in place resulting in comfort and conformity making it a helmet that people want to wear.

A compromised helmet compromises safety therefore traditional inspections aren’t enough. Minor or major impacts and abrasions can affect a helmet’s protective performance. Helmet liners and suspensions/cradles are designed to absorb damage through breaking, crumpling, rotating, or fracturing.

Since liners are concealed beneath the shell, it makes it difficult to detect with standard inspection methods. Ictus is a damage indicator that makes this hidden damage visible.
